Exhibition process

Exhibition method:

→ Enter the selected booth → Sign the exhibition contract → Pay the booth fee → Participate.

Please fill out the application form in detail and send it to the organizer.

1. After confirming the exhibition, please confirm the booth with the organizer and request an exhibition application form to be filled out, stamped (or signed), and sent to the organizer;
2. The exhibition fee shall be wired to the organizer within 5 working days from the date of signing the contract for booth application;
3. After receiving the booth fee, the organizer will confirm that the booth location will not be changed. One month before the start of the exhibition, an (email) "Exhibition Handbook" will be sent to exhibitors;
4. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first";
